CCX 空氣絕緣型母線槽是在空氣型母線槽基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)改良加工而成。母線導(dǎo)體選用含銅99.99% 以上的電解銅，經(jīng)成熟工藝加工后，外表采用聚脂絕緣薄膜纏繞，后再用PVC 熱縮套管收縮處理，使得銅母排絕緣性能得到增強。相間及外殼間用阻燃絕緣塊間隔，然后組裝在封閉接地良好的金屬外殼里，電氣和機械性能十分穩(wěn)定。外殼經(jīng)冷軋板、鋁型材加工成型，表面處理后，靜電噴塑，防腐性能大大提高。

現(xiàn)有IP30、IP40、IP54 等防護(hù)等級?？筛鶕?jù)安裝環(huán)境靈活選擇。該款母線載流能力強，電流從160A-5000A 可選擇根據(jù)需要。可在母線任意位置設(shè)置插接口，安裝快速，分接方便，使用安全。另外殼也可以采用鋁合金拉擠一次成型，表面經(jīng)氧化處理、具流線型外觀、兼有重量輕、機械強度高、散熱性能好、動熱穩(wěn)定性強等特點。防護(hù)等級可達(dá)IP54，能滿足戶外安裝及雨水澆淋的場所，同時鋁質(zhì)外殼整體具有優(yōu)良的接地連續(xù)性、電抗低，可做接地線。安裝方便、安全可靠、節(jié)能降耗。

CCX air insulated bus duct is a modified and processed version of the air insulated bus duct. The busbar conductor is made of electrolytic copper containing more than 99.99% copper. 體積小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，具有抗銹蝕性和好的散熱性、接地性。其的中空型雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，使每片外殼都具有管材的高抗彎性，從而使母線槽系統(tǒng)的抗繞彎性大大增強。

采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置的單臂鎖緊避震接頭器，連接可靠方便。

可方便地設(shè)置饋電插口，上下兩面均可同時設(shè)置，且不降低其抗彎強度。饋電插接口的安全防護(hù)等級達(dá)IP5X( 符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC529)。

絕緣配置

母線介質(zhì)絕緣采用高效絕緣材料- 聚酯薄膜，該材料具有較好的耐高溫性( 在高溫中無有毒氣體釋出)、較高的介電性能，絕緣等級為B 級。也可采用高檔絕緣材料“塑料王”- 聚四氟乙烯定向薄膜(SFM-3), 該材料耐高溫等級很高(-180℃ -+250℃ ), 單層耐壓6000V, 絕緣等級“C”, 絕緣老化壽命50年以上，為現(xiàn)行使用絕緣材料中性能的產(chǎn)品。

Insulation configuration

The busbar dielectric insulation adopts high-efficiency insulation material - polyester film, which has good high temperature resistance (no toxic gas release in high temperature), high dielectric performance, and insulation level of B. High end insulation material "Plastic King" - oriented polytetrafluoroethylene film (SFM-3) can also be used. This material has a high temperature resistance level (-180 ℃ -+250 ℃ ), a single-layer withstand voltage of 6000V, an insulation level of "C", and an insulation aging life of more than 50 years. It is the best performing insulation material currently in use.

1、環(huán)境溫度：上限：+40℃；下限：-25℃；海拔：2000m 以下；

2、濕度: 相對濕度在較高溫度為+40℃時不超過50%；溫度較低時允許有較高的相對濕度。凝露條件：有；地震基本烈度：6 度設(shè)防；安裝地點：戶內(nèi)、戶外；

3、絕緣電阻：每一段封閉母線單元絕緣電阻值應(yīng)大于或等于100MΩ 2500V 兆歐表。

4、介電強度：每一段封閉母線出廠前均經(jīng)受1 分鐘工頻干試耐壓試驗。工頻耐壓及雷電沖擊耐壓數(shù)值，符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

5、接地系統(tǒng)：符合IEC364-5-54 對接地系統(tǒng)的要求。

6、防護(hù)等級：戶內(nèi)型：IP40；戶外型：IP43、IP55。

7、負(fù)載性能：在額定電流下，外殼的溫升符合GB763-90《交流高壓電器長期工作時的發(fā)熱》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

8、短路性能：動熱穩(wěn)定試驗符合GB2706-89《交流高壓電器動熱穩(wěn)定試驗方法》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
