母線槽內(nèi)導(dǎo)體及搭接導(dǎo)體采用T2 電解銅作為導(dǎo)體材料,軋制成TMY 電工硬銅排,且銅的純度達(dá)到99.9% 以上,導(dǎo)電率97% 以上,電阻率≤ 0.017777Ωmm2/m。
絕緣村料采用耐溫超過950 度以上的耐高溫絕緣村料。
母線槽系統(tǒng)外殼及側(cè)板采用鋼外殼,表面要做防火涂料處理。
母線槽銅導(dǎo)體絕緣采用聚酯亞胺和耐高溫粉云母帶纏繞。

母線槽本體要求 Requirements for Busbar Trunking Body
母線槽的本體連接頭、彎頭,分接單元防護(hù)等級:要求達(dá)到IP65
母線槽為三相五線制(TN-S 系統(tǒng))。N 線與相線導(dǎo)體截面等同,PE 線不少于相線50% 截面積,A、B、C、N、PE 線全部采用電解銅;導(dǎo)電率97% 以上,電阻率≤ 0.017777Ωmm2m。
母線槽及插接口處全長采用密集型,不允許本體密集型,插接口空氣型,以防插接口溫升過高。

雙導(dǎo)體母線大電流母線槽,每相為雙導(dǎo)排,每個連接頭的連接導(dǎo)體片須同時連接兩塊導(dǎo)電排,以防電流通過不均以及造成回流。母線本體便于安裝,導(dǎo)體不允許有沖孔,以防接觸面減少而發(fā)熱。

過渡連接/跨接及安裝支架 Transition Connection/Crossover and Installation Bracket
母線槽與配電柜連接采用T2 電解銅軋成TMY 銅排表面鍍銀或鍍錫。
垂直安裝要配彈簧支架,調(diào)節(jié)距離不少于5 公分,支架底座要采用槽鋼要有足夠的強(qiáng)度。
吊架采用角鋼熱鍍鋅,該吊架要用調(diào)節(jié)功能,吊架下部位不允許有長出。
在著火時耐火溫度為850 度~950 度,時間≥ 290min,?;鸷笤龠\(yùn)行15min 保持正常供電。
耐火試驗須符合公安部GA/T37-2005 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)國家固定滅火和構(gòu)件質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗中心的試驗報告,其他技術(shù)參數(shù)符合GB7251.2-2006型式試驗并提供檢驗報告。
The connection between the bus duct and the distribution cabinet is made by T2 electrolytic copper rolling into TMY copper bars with silver or tin plating on the surface.
Vertical installation requires a spring bracket with an adjustment distance of no less than 5 centimeters. The bracket base should be made of channel steel with sufficient strength.
The hanger is made of hot-dip galvanized angle steel and requires adjustment function. The lower part of the hanger is not allowed to grow out.
The fire resistance temperature during ignition is 850 ° C~950 ° C, and the time is ≥ 290 minutes. After the fire stops, it will run for another 15 minutes to maintain normal power supply.
The fire resistance test must comply with the GA/T37-2005 standard of the Ministry of Public Security and the test report of the National Fixed Fire Extinguishing and Component Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Other technical parameters must comply with the GB7251.2-2006 type test and provide an inspection report.
