高壓封閉共箱母線總體直線長度超過40m,或者是穿越建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中的伸縮縫,采用伸縮節(jié),它主要是實現(xiàn)水平、垂直方向兩個自由度的調(diào)節(jié),不僅能滿足不同溫降及熱漲冷縮引起的伸縮要求。還可以對基礎(chǔ)沉降所引起的誤差進行補償。其的伸縮節(jié)設(shè)計,使較大的母線箱體能夠靈活拼接,從而使母線系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、安裝能夠達到程序化、標準化。

GFM 高壓共箱母線槽主要適用于額定電壓6kV、10kV、20kV、35kV 高壓配電盤與變壓器之間的電氣連接,例如: 大型廠礦的供電系統(tǒng)、大型變電站、大型企業(yè)的自備電廠、大型建筑及發(fā)電機至升壓變壓器之間的電氣連接。
該產(chǎn)品采用分相式結(jié)構(gòu),每相有絕緣及合金外殼,絕緣性能、安全電壓符合標準要求。因三相分隔在空氣中,具有三相電壓均衡、溫升低、載流能力大、安裝方便等特點。
母線槽全程設(shè)智能監(jiān)控裝置,系統(tǒng)運行狀況盡在掌握中,供電系統(tǒng)安全運行。母線槽自帶測控線槽,安裝便捷。
高壓共箱母線槽兩側(cè)為散熱器式的鋁鎂合金型材,厚度達到3.0mm,由于散熱條亦可增強側(cè)板鋼性強度,因此兩側(cè)高度可達到305mm 高度亦可無須任何加強措施。上下封板采用敷鋁鋅板,亦是保證組裝成型后母線整體的結(jié)構(gòu)強度。側(cè)板與底板采用高強度
鉚釘鉚緊。蓋板與兩側(cè)板則用螺栓連接。每節(jié)母線一般在上部都合理的設(shè)有標準檢修孔( 也可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場需求側(cè)面設(shè)置),檢修口處的制作工藝和高要求的伸縮節(jié)連接技術(shù),使母線外殼防護等級高達IP54。
GFM high-voltage common box bus duct is mainly suitable for electrical connection between rated voltage 6kV, 10kV, 20kV, 35kV high-voltage distribution panels and transformers, such as power supply systems in large factories and mines, large substations, self owned power plants of large enterprises, electrical connections between large buildings and generators and step-up transformers.
This product adopts a phase separated structure, with insulation and alloy shell for each phase, and the insulation performance and safety voltage meet the standard requirements. Due to the three- phase separation in the air, it has the characteristics of balanced three-phase voltage, low temperature rise, high current carrying capacity, and easy installation.
The bus duct is equipped with intelligent monitoring devices throughout the entire process, and the system operation status is under control to ensure the safe operation of the power supply system. The bus duct comes with a built-in measurement and control cable duct, making installation convenient.

The upper and lower sealing plates are made of aluminum zinc coated plates to ensure the overall structural strength of the assembled busbar. The side panel and bottom panel are fastened with high-strength imported rivets. The cover plate and the two side plates are connected by bolts. Each section of the busbar is generally equipped with standard maintenance holes at the upper part (which can also be set on the side according to on-site requirements). The unique manufacturing process and high demand expansion joint connection technology at the maintenance hole make the protection level of the busbar shell as high as IP54.
