全絕緣屏蔽銅管母線，實質(zhì)就是利用銅管作導(dǎo)體、外敷絕緣的一種母線產(chǎn)品。在國外被稱之為 " 管形電纜 " 。全絕緣屏蔽銅管母線具有大電流，目前載流量可以達到 12000A ，高機械強度、良好的絕緣、適用范圍廣等特性，所以被越來越多的客戶認可和接受。

在國外，此類產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)有幾十年的運行歷史和經(jīng)驗，而國內(nèi)由于進入此領(lǐng)域時間較短，以及技術(shù)研發(fā)能力，絕緣材料的局限等多方面原因，目前生產(chǎn)、應(yīng)用主要集中在 0.4KV —— 35KV 電壓等級的產(chǎn)品。

The main insulation material for insulated tubular busbars is polytetrafluoroethylene, which can operate at temperatures ranging from -250 ℃ to+340 ℃ . 該系統(tǒng)具備現(xiàn)場信號監(jiān)測采集，實時傳輸至監(jiān)控及調(diào)度室進行數(shù)據(jù)顯示、存儲，臨界預(yù)警，提供后期母線故障查找及原因分析功能。
